About us
The Amber Ridge HOA board strives to maintain and improve our neighborhood and needs your help as a member of our community. Amber Ridge HOA board members are voluntary positions and homeowners in Amber Ridge, like you. Anyone can participate in the HOA and if you would like to participate, please contact our property manager from Longley Property Management.
Documents
If you are making a change to your house in Amber Ridge such as outside painting, roof or fence modification, you need to get approval before work has started. Failure to get approval from the Amber Ridge Homeowners Association may require changes and result in fines.

We encourage all homeowners to be neighborly and to first work within your community in a respectful manner. Here are some guidelines of what the HOA can assist with
What the Amber Ridge HOA is responsible for:
- Selecting and managing the Property Management company that represents Amber Ridge
- Enforcing the Amber Ridge Rules and regulations we have agreed to
- Maintenance of common areas in Amber Ridge, such as the pond area, roundabouts and fence that surrounds the neighborhood.
What the Amber Ridge HOA is not responsible for:
- Parking violations on the street, speeding in the neighborhood, noise complaints, please dial the Bothell Police department 425.486.1254 for 24-hour non-emergency calls and general information
